Match
We may have opportunities for you immediately, or we might need to wait for an organisation and role which is a great fit. When the right opportunity presents, we will discuss it in detail with you and help you tailor your CV to have the biggest impact and secure an interview.
Support
Our role doesn’t end with securing a first interview. In fact, we are just getting started. We will support you through the whole interview process, gathering feedback from the interviewers to help you impress at each stage. For certain roles there is often a task or financial modelling test to complete as part of the interview process, we will always make sure you fully understand what’s required before getting started.
Offer
From our continuous contact throughout the process, we will already have a full understanding of your salary and package requirements although we will offer guidance to ensure it’s realistic. We will help you negotiate and accept an offer that you are happy with. Then, if required we can provide you with full support giving your notice and agreeing a start date. Finally we will keep in touch until you have settled in to your new role.
