Stoneleaf Search Ltd are a specialist recruitment consultancy. Our core activity is the sourcing and placement of individuals (candidates) into job vacancies at one of our client organisations. In order to match candidates with the most relevant vacancies, contact them to discuss vacancies and manage the recruitment process, we must store relevant personal data.
Any individual who applies for a role, sends a CV or engages with us regarding a recruitment process must have a reasonable expectation that we will need to utilise relevant data in order to execute our business effectively
Who do we share your data with?
All personal data is stored using an Applicant Tracking System software (ATS).
Your data might be digitally transferred and stored outside the EEA. Some of our clients are based outside of the EEA and servers or data centres may also be based outside the EEA.
We may share your data with selected clients in order for them to ascertain suitability for a role or requirement. We would only ever do this with your express permission to do so. Your CV is never shared without your consent.
If Stoneleaf Search Ltd is acquired by a third party, the personal data held by the organisation will be transferred as part of the transaction.
We may also share your data if obliged to do so by law.
How long do we keep your data?
We will store your data for as long as it reasonably required. If there has been no contact between you and our organisation for 5 years, your data will be deleted. We will then not be able to contact you about job opportunities however you are welcome to re-establish contact with us at any point.
