We are a search consultancy. In practice, this means that we are available to our clients for advice whenever you may require it. We can provide guidance on salary benchmarking, interview structure, financial modelling tests, on boarding, remote interviewing or any topic that sits within our field of expertise.
Post-Offer Support & Guidance
Our work isn’t complete when a candidate accepts an offer. We support the selected candidate in handing in their notice and we stay in touch during this period leading up to start date, even checking in after their first few weeks. We can also provide advice on how to develop a welcoming on-boarding experience
Timeline
Stage 1
Briefing & Instruction
All of our levels of service begin with an detailed briefing. We focus on providing a high quality, accurate service which is only achievable if we fully understand our clients requirement.
It is essential that we really understand the scope of the role, experience and skills however equally important to us is the culture of the business and team, the personality, attributes and values that you would like to ideal candidate to possess.
Stage 2
Screening & Interviews
Once briefed, we make contact with relevant candidates within our network and schedule interviews which are conducted using questions tailored for the specific position.
We then submit the CVs of the strongest candidates alongside our rationale for shortlisting.
Once reviewed by our client, candidates are then invited to attend 1st stage direct face to face or video interviews with members of the clients hiring team.
Stage 3
Final Stage Interviews, Offer Stage and Post-Offer Support.
The strongest performers at first stage are then invited back for 2nd and 3rd stage interviews.
We can then help you prepare a compelling offer for the preferred candidate and secure their acceptance.
Finally we support the candidate as they hand in notice and work through this period towards start date. We also check in with every candidate following their on-boarding.
